Marketizer is an industry portal; therefore, we have limited information regarding companies that sell medications at retail. We invite you to send a request using this form, which in turn will be sent to the companies that have registered as medication manufacturers or distributors. You may receive a response detailing the way to acquire what you are seeking for your personal use. Please indicate in the form that you would like to know who sells the product at retail. All of the request forms we receive are treated with the utmost seriousness. The procedure we follow is:

A. If you are using our system for the first time, you will receive an e-mail requesting confirmation of your request. In your inbox you will find an e-mail with the title "Marketizer - Request Confirmation"; please follow the instructions included in the message. All requests must be confirmed to be processed.

B. Once you confirm your request, or if you confirmed the request previously, the next step is a manual review by one of our administrators. The request is then sent to companies that have registered as suppliers of the requested product for the regions you indicated.

C. The companies may take a few days to respond to your request, and will do so directly, according to their own commercial policies, using the data you provided in the request form.

A reasonable response time from suppliers is from three to five days. If, after a week, you have not received a response, please complete the request form again, or contact companies directly using the phone numbers provided in their description. We would appreciate your telling them that you found their information on Marketizer. Click here to contact a supplier again

You can cancel your Request using the confirmation Email, titled "Marketizer - Request Confirmation", you received when you submitted it. In that Email you will find a link that allows you to cancel the request. If you no longer have that Email, please help us to locate your Request by indicating the Product you were looking for and the date you submitted it. Please note that we receive thousands of visits to our site each day, and sometimes it is difficult to locate the information. Click here to cancel your Request.

At the moment, it is not possible to change your request. We recommend that you cancel your request using the link that can be found in the e-mail titled "Marketizer - Request Confirmation" that you received previously. Then, you can make a new request with corrected information. Click here to complete a corrected request form.

REGISTRATION IS NOT AUTOMATIC. Marketizer seeks to ensure the reliability of our participants, therefore there are a series of steps we take to enable us to validate the information we receive.

To activate your User Name and Password, Marketizer validates the information you submit by sending you a confirmation Email titled "Marketizer - Registration Confirmation" which you receive upon registering. After you confirm your registration by responding to the Email, there is a second validation which might take up to one working day to complete.

Once your registration has been approved, you will receive a second Email notifying you that the registration process has been completed. Until you receive this second Email, your user name and password will not be active. If you have not yet received the first confirmation Email, we request that you complete the form again because there may have been an error with the address you provided.

Therefore we require that you e-mail us from a corporate address such as @yourcompany.com to userhelpdesk@marketizer.com, or send a letter on company letterhead to 52 (55) 5272-3100 stating your request.
