2.8 The User agrees to make diligent use of the registration ('Registration') which is granted for utilization of the services offered in the Website. The Registration will be granted discretionarily by QuimiNet and will be composed of two parts: a name for the purpose of identification (User Name) and a confidential password (Password) to be able to enter the restricted pages of the Website, as well as to post information on the Website. The User Name and Password will be chosen by the User; in case the User Name selected is not available, the User will need to select another until choosing one that is available. 2.9 The Registration can be suspended or cancelled by the User or by QuimiNet at any time, with previous notification to the other party in the understanding that all commitments generated by the service have concluded. Furthermore, QuimiNet may unilaterally cancel the User registration.

2.10. QuimiNet reserves the right to provide or not provide the services offered in the Website.

2.11. Any person intending to include hyperlink to the Site in his portal or website must meet the following requirements:

10.2 Any dispute, controversy, claim or difference that rises from, or is related to, the use of this Website, including QuimiNet's privacy policies, will be solved and decided definitively by arbitration, governed by the Reglamento de Arbitraje Comercial de la Asociación Mexicana de Mediación y Arbitraje Comercial, A.C. The arbitration will be resolved by an arbitrator, which will be designed by the AMMAC. The language to be used in the arbitration will be Spanish.
