II.1.4 - INFORMATION TO BE SUPPLIED
He must provide the following information:
yield
Throughout the year should be maximized production of LPG, additionally an intermediate performance between gasoline and LCO is required. Capacity funds cracking catalyst strength and the action of metals (Ni, V, Na) in the case of using specially valorised residual charges.
Bidders must submit their standards yields catalysts in processing the specified load and operating conditions described above.
Yields and physical properties of the products were adjusted to the following scheme cuts:
Dry gases (H2, C1, C2, H2S)% P / Componential
LPG (C3, C4)% P / Componential
Gasoline Light (C5-190ºC)% W / V% / d60 / 60 /% S / RON, MON / Distillation ASTM D-86
LCO (190-360ºC)% W / V% / d60 / 60 /% S / NO Cetane / Distillation ASTM D-86
Slurry (360 ° C )% W / V% / d60 / 60 /% S / Distillation ASTM D-86
Coke% P / Hydrogen Content
In order to reconcile the returns filed against the proposed base case, mass balance and balance of hydrogen is performed.
Replacement rates
Shall specify the maximum content of nickel and vanadium tolerated by the equilibrium catalyst, and daily replenishment rates to maintain that level.
Technical specifications of the catalyst
Bidders must submit a complete physical and chemical characterization of the catalysts presented, specifying typical, minimum and maximum values of the following parameters:
activity MAT
Chemical analysis:
Al2O3
SiO2
Fe2O3
Na2O
Re2O3
Loss on ignition
bulk density
Pore volume
active surface
Particle size distribution
attrition
Background offered catalyst
You must present a list of refineries that have used or are using their products in commercial units, preferably in the Latin American region, indicating the date of use.
II.1.5 - TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
Technical assistance will be provided by the supplier during the period of use of their respective chemicals (analysis of catalyst, technical visits, reading material, etc.) will be established in the offer.
II.1.6 - SAMPLES
Bidders must submit samples of 2 kg. each offered catalyst, which will be accepted until 15 days after the date of bid opening.
These samples will be used to evaluate the performance of the catalysts offered, and as a reference sample for accepting items once the contract has been awarded.
The shipping and delivery shall be borne by the supplier.
II.1.7 - EVALUATION OF CATALYSTS
The performance of the catalysts offered will be evaluated in the laboratory through trial ANCAP MAT catalysts offered after impregnation with metals and hydrothermal deactivation. Should not be possible the described tests, an external laboratory or assessment shall be made based on the information provided by the bidders will be recruited.
Changes in the formulation of the catalyst during the contract period
The formulation and / or technical specifications of the catalyst may be modified by mutual agreement between the supplier and the Energy Business Area Manager Refining.
Bidders must estimate and indicate the potential costs involved in making a change from the original proposal submitted in the tender. In case agree to a change, the supplier must send a sample of 2 kg for the purposes of evaluating the performance of the new formulation offered and used as a reference sample for accepting consignments.
II.1.8 - PACKAGING AND MATURITY
The catalyst will be delivered according to the following types of packaging:
a) A minimum of 100 tonnes and a maximum of 200 tonnes in big bags of 1000 kg (approximately).
b) The remaining container of 20 feet (PTX-TFM Sea Bulk Powerliner type or similar).
In both cases they must clearly specify the physical dimensions, methods of handling, storage and discharge procedures. Also, the package must contain the following information in addition to the standard manufacturer's printed clearly and legibly on the side: packaging date and deadline of stay in stock.
It must comply with the Standard Wood Packing Plant ISPM 15, in order to avoid delays that may occur by rejections CUSTOM, being borne by the supplier the damage caused to the Agency defects wrapping or packaging.
