Amtico International acquired by Mannington Mills

Amtico International, the UK’s leading manufacturer of high-quality luxury vinyl flooring products, announced today that it has been acquired by U.S. flooring company Mannington Mills, Inc.

Headquartered in Coventry, UK, with facilities in Atlanta, Georgia, Amtico International will retain its brand identity, with operations continuing at all Amtico locations. The deal will enable Amtico to significantly extend its reach across the market by offering a much wider range of flooring products.
