Huntsman to increase TiO2 prices in N. America

The Pigments division of Huntsman Corporation (NYSE:HUN) today announced price increases for all its titanium dioxide pigments in North America. The following increases are effective 1 April 2011 or as applicable contracts allow:

For all products sold in North America: $0.15 per pound (USD) or $0.15 per pound (CAD).

In addition to the above, a further price increase of $0.05 per pound (USD) or $0.05 per pound (CAD) will be applied to the following products:

All anatase, inks, and polymer products (TIOXIDE®TR28, TIOXIDE®R-TC30, TIOXIDE®R-FC5), TIOXIDE®R-XL and the DELTIO® free-flow pigment range.

These price increases are in addition to all price increases previously announced.
